Why NADFW?
What makes the National Association of Drug Free Workplaces different is that we offer three options in drug testing and they are as follows:
- Option One – Your Company may send its employees to NADFW’s office for testing. Using this option could save your company approximately 5% to 7% over sending your employees to an outside Patient Service Center (PSC) for testing.
- Option Two – Your Company selects one or two of it’s staff members to be trained as a Certified Drug Test Administrator (CDTA) to do the collections for you. This option will save your company approximately 60% over sending your employees to a PSC.
- Option Three – One or more of our trained CDTA’s could come to your business or job site and do the collections for you. This option will save your Company approximately 27% to 30% over sending your employees to a PSC.
With all options, pre-screen results are obtained for non-mandated tests, and only those showing positive will be sent to the Lab/MRO for confirmation. The remaining negative tests would not be sent, thus saving your company a great deal of money.
Another benefit of working with NADFW is that we also offer a background screening service that is second to none. While you are interviewing a prospective employee, you type in their name, social security number and birth date, and the results come to you before the interview is over. This is something to be discussed upon a personal meeting at your office.
